Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned if they are:
- Damaged upon delivery.
- Faulty or malfunctioning.
- Not as described in product details.
- Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Condition of Returned Products
- Returned products must be:
- Unused and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
- Products showing signs of use or damage (not caused during delivery) will not qualify for a return.
Refund Process
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
- Refunds will be processed via cash refund or replacement only, in line with our cash on delivery method.
- Processing of refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, personal care items, or products used beyond initial inspection are non-returnable.
